Jill received her B.S. in biochemistry and M.Ed. in science education from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is married and has four children.

Jill is a dedicated Executive Function/ADHD coach with over 20 years of experience in coaching, consulting, and education. Her mission is to empower high-achieving individuals, both college students and adult professionals with executive function difficulties and ADHD, to thrive in all arenas of life- school, home, and the workplace. To do this, she personalizes her training and coaching to leverage the latest, evidence-based strategies in navigating ADHD and executive function issues. In addition, Jill uses ADHD-specific principles learned through CHADD, ADDA, University of Geneva, University of Sydney, and PESI to guide her efforts with her clients. 

Jill's background in biochemistry and research fuels her fascination with the neurological aspects of the executive functions and ADHD, while her Master's in Education informs how she educates and equips her clients. In her work with organizations, Jill bridges the gap between employee and employer to create a more supportive environment for those talented employees who have ADHD.  Additionally, she leads training workshops on improving time management and increasing efficiency for all employees.
